Flash Site Design - changing text

Hi, im trying to edit some text on my flash header.

Take a look here : http://fs-uk.com/mac/0180i.swf

When you hover over the FORUM button it changes to web hosting,

How can i change the webhosting text, or better still remove it altogether but
still have the animation?

Any help is much appreciated.

Is it a template that you bought? If so, you should get the source code to
edit, not just the swf file.
