Hi.
I've been trying to get my move's animation ..
move smoothly. .. .when the logo first appears, after a link is clicked, i'm
trying to get the logo to zoom/morph over to the upper right hand corner. I've
gotten the last part I believe to look seemingly ok, but I'm having a ton of
trouble getting the first part to look smooth. Can anyone offer me some hints
as in to what I should be doing? I've been trying to skew/rotate/tween in and
out using alpha to get the thing to look right, but just can't seem to get
it!!! Can anyone help :(?

I think the problem is you are trying to do 3-D animation with a bitmap image.
You should look into 3-D flash extentions or other programs. I did a google
search and a lot of different ones came up. Also, you will probably have to
recreate the image as vector art in one of these programs in order to make it
rotate 3-demensionally. Hope this helps!
