Could you all recommend a good book which focuses entirely on designing a site using Flash (preferably using Flash MX 2004) and having the site 100% flash?

I think your time is best spent reading and understanding this book:

Macromedia Flash MX 2004 ActionScript 2.0 Dictionary from MM Press.

I have learned more from that one book than all the other books on AS
combined.
