I created a "main" or "host" movie where I load a submovies. One of the
submovies is just a spot for 3 buttons which are a combination of a photo and
text. So the trouble is when this photo and text are clicked, they are still
visible even though that new movie is playing. How do I get this button and
photo to fade or just dissapear once it has been clicked. Is this possible? I
tried levels but the positioning (registration) was impossible (I'm a newbie)
Please Help - I'm kinda desperate

on (release) {
loadMovie("gallery1.swf", "theClip");
}

This forum/newsgroup is the least used of Flash support forums. Much better
to ask technical questions on the Flash forum or the Actionscript forum.
Sitedesign is more for showing off your site and asking for comments on the
overall structure etc.

It sounds like that you are loading a button clip and once clicked you want
those buttons to go away. For that you can either move the buttons or
unload the whole movie with unloadMovie. Please post again with your code
or more details if you need help.

good luck,
tralfaz
