I have a picture of leaves and branches i took. I want to capture a windy or
breeze like effect hovering over or through my photo. Some things I thought
about doing within my preliminary stages

1. Having my image get blurry then fade in again
2. then having some rectangular or spiral shapes (with the pen tool) (with an
opacity of like 10%) stream across the screen.

I think these are some phat ideas. Any one else got some artisitic ideas?

theres another thread on the forum about doing color burns, that looks really cool. have you managed to do the windy picture?
