Author Testing on browsers: always need to reload! why?

I'm at the stages of testing my site on different browsers and I have this
problem: when i first try to load it from the remote server, it doesn't open up
properly. elements are missing or the whole thing doesn't appear on screen.
Then after reloading or relaunching it finally works properly. The same thing
happens with SWF in separate pop up windows that I'm calling from my site. It's
the same on these Mac browsers: IE, Safari, Netscape. I only tried it one on PC
and couldn't get anything at all. The problem can't the code, right? because if
it was then the site wouldn't work at all, correct? please help!! it's a very
simple site. Here's the link:
