Author using flash for 'low-fi' and 'hi-fi' sites

Hi
I realized that a lot of sites use a flash version for high bandwith
connections and a basic - html version for dial-up connections. Have you
evere seen /visited websites using Flash for both high and low bandwith
users? I mean two versions of the site - made always with Flash - but with
different content (example: low-fi audio vs. hi-fi audio, basic animation
and AS instead of advanced code and transitions, different graphics and
layout, etc ...).

Anyone's got any suggestion?

Thanks,
T.
