There is a lot of free material on this site itself

You may have to set up an account. It ised to be free to do that. Not sure any
more.
I also like www.actionscript.org

Depends what you are looking for. There are some great files available to
download and disect at http://www.bit-101.com , and there's also lots of
good discussion and resource over at http://www.ultrashock.com
