I want to have an e-mail button in my movie that uses mailto and getURL.
I want this to have a subject line, that I give it, that is the same for
all mail sent from this location. Can I do that in Flash?

you can try writing the mailto like this
mailto:username@domain.com?subject=subjecthere
I am not sure if this works in flash or not if not try using a PHP mail script
to sent your emails this will give you all kinds of formating opions. Look for
an example at flashkit.com
