Flash Site Design - site design... any critics?

hello, what do you think of my site design.... the interface and color scheme
[the default color will be blue]. please, be as harsh as you feel like... i
need to know what improments to make and what colors might go well as default.

Note: by the way, this site is not fully functional..... it doesn't do much as

PC IE6 & NN7 (winXPpro)
Something really wierd going on with your menu;
in the out state - most of the buttons are invisible, but appear onRollOver,
the remaining visible buttons flicker.
Also I got the error "unable to open the file webNews.mrt. File Not Found"

most of your buttons simply dont have scripts on them, why get us to test your
site if youre not done?
anyway, whats the point of being able to drag out the time like that in that
windows-esque task bar, that doesnt stay open anyway..

instead of saying you haven't updated it in 4 days you should update the
thing and then ask us, because no doubt you're gonna be asking again!!
Peeps give their comments out of good will - you don't want to use that up!

well... thanks for all the comments, but i was just asking about the interface
design and the color scheme, that's the reason i warned that the page was not
fully functional. it will take a while for me to complete, i needed opinions on
the interface, does it look good or not. thanks.

as for the buttons not appearing, that's strange, i'll have to look into that.
thank you for this feedback. the reason you got the error, that is because the
..mrt file it uses is not present, this was done purposfully to test if missing
file will report errors.

and if you're worried about the pop-up bar, it's for more than just the timer.
it will act just like the windows task bar when it is completed [being able to
store windows without reloading them].
