| I'm extremely new to this but I have a very small flash file that I have
managed to place on my page saying 'Breaking News' and I need to be able to
have a link from this when I mouse over it. I can't seem to do this so what
is the method I need. I have used DWMX a lot but the usual way of dragging
and making a link doesn't seem to work.
Thanks a mil
