as 'trafalz' told its a problem of enlarging ur orginal movie.
give the dimension of ur orginal movie in pixels.

even the text is also an image that is why the text looks pixelated. if you r
adding text in flash it won't get pixelated on enlarging.
i think better u can import image as jpeg or png. and also change the quality
of ur image. cos flash will optimize image by default.

go to library > browse for the particular image > select and right click > go
to properties and change the quality to 70 - 80%
