Author Using odd Fonts

A logo on a webpage of mine is just plain text in an odd font that I'm sure no
one has on their computer. Will the odd font try to align itself with, let's
say, Times New Roman or will it show up as the font I publish it as.
Furthermore, if does not show up in the font I published it as, should I then
change the logo into a graphic and then would it work?

Thanks

Ryan

Wow Heidi,

You are amazing, now if I could only get you to answer my question on how to
upload Flash 5 through CuteFTP or any other for that matter I guess), you would
be a god.

Thanks again,

Ryan
P.S. Do you have any work on the net I could check out, thanks!

It is necessary to embed your font if you're making the text box dynamic, or clicking 'Use system fonts' if it's a static box.
If you don't select this, Flash will anti-alias your text. (soften it)

Hi,
Fonts in Flash load with the file when you publish. They increase file size,
but you don't have to worry about the viewer having the font, because it
downloads right along with the file. You could convert it for ease of change if
you use it on more than one page, but it is not necessary for font purposes.
