Logo fades in & stops on Mac...but loops on PC

Have a question. I created a simple flash file where a company logo gradually
fades in and is supposed to stop and stay static. Have checked the non-looping
option in the Publish panel and even manually set the code paramater to
"false." The file works great on the Mac system...fades in and stops..but on
the PC system, it loops and continuously fades in/out which creates an annoying
"blinking" effect on the home page.

I have no clue what to check next!

Any ideas?
