Ok, i dont know what i did, one min its working and the next its not. I had to
update a link in my navigation when I saved the fla, re-exported, then
reuploaded, and then tried to see if it worked, the navigation just doesn't
show up. I didn't change any of the HTML code, or anything that would prevent
the movie to show up, just an action in a button.
[L=Here is my problem, the bottom colored bar should have the
navigation]http://www.coasttocoastsolutions.com[/L]
That bar isn't part of the flash, its by background in the html doc.

I think it is ok. There was a nav bar there. Are you looking at an old copy
from your cache?
When you hit refresh it only refreshes the html, not the flash file so you
need to empty your cache after making changes.
To avoid caching, you can put a random variable on the html link to force a
new load every time. There is a post in the ActionScript newsgroup about
that today.
