Client says its fuzzy, but no one else does

| My client is saying that the logo in the top left is fuzzy and pixelated, but I
don't get that at all.
I've uploaded the intro to
[L=http://clients.corporateface.com/test]http://clients.corporateface.com/test[/
L]
I know the fiber cables are a little fuzzy, but the problem the customer is
having is the logo.
Thanks for checking for me.
I am new to flash design and this is actually modified from a template from
template monster

| well, it is a little fuzzy. You could compress it less on export, you could
try using a gif instead of a JPEG (there aren't many colours in the logo,
and lots of solid colours - ideal for gif compression) or you could
re-create the logo as a vector - ir you client may have a vector
illustration of the logo.

| Thanks for that.
A few more details from the clients end.
His laptop is set at 1680X1050 resolution.
The client did a printscreen for me and his pic is more than "fuzzy" it is
like a wobbly thing. It only is this way on his computer. He went to his
daughter's laptop which is identical to his and it was fine. I guess the
problem is on his puter.

| It may because you are scaling the bitmaps. It is much better to use the
bitmaps at their original dimensions.
A quick check shows that your logo is 346w by 94h but you have it scaled to
344x92
That could be just enough damage to make it fuzzy.
Your larger image is also scaled from 422x268 to 377x252.1
It is ok to scale vector stuff but you might not want to do it with bitmaps.
It wrecks the fine detail.

| don't argue, the client is always right !!
end of discussion, now go back to work
but if it may be of some help,
don't ever scale a bitmap in flash, brrrrrr, no good
use PNG"s (yeah, png-rules) and change there proportions to lossless (don't
compress)
and never ever argue with your client again

erm, a PNG is a bitmap. And if i never argued with my clients they would
make me jump through hoops till the cows came home. Other than that, spot on
;)
