why does my designs come out blurry etc when i import from fireworks..is there any other way..or would it be easier to design in flash..

Go to the flash support.
After importing the image into flash. You have to right-click and
"break-apart". then right-click and "convert to symbol (graphic)"

locate it in the library and right-click and choose properties.
Do not allow smoothing.
If this doesn't work - also use "Loss-less" this will increase the size of the
file though.

Go to the HTML tab in Publish settings and choose "Best" quality.
