I have a button that is sitting on top of a picture. The button doesn't have a
background so the rollover color change only works when the cursur sits exactly
over a letter.

How do I create a transparent background so that it won't block the photo and
will work like a regular button, changing with the rollover when the cursor
hits anywhere on the button?
