I'm designing a new site and I wanted to see if a radial menu like a ferris
wheel would work well.

The menu would probably be separate mc's (which I have) for each item that
rotates around. Each menu item should not spin itself, but should follow the
rotating path.

QUESTION: Should I just create a movement path and have each item follow it
on their own or is their a way in AS to force the mc's to not spin even should
they're moving in circles?

QUESTION: Has anyone seen any sites that use menus that spin around (2D only)?

Check www.flashkit.com for similar menus. I've seen several with really
great source code that uses advanced math (too smart for me!) instead of
motion guides.

Thanks!

Any ideas on where some might be located on flashkit?

Under interactivity or math?

Probably interactivity.

Not in interactivity... (And I don't plan on searching another section unless the poster is sure that its there. :) )

Just try searching flashkit "Ferris Wheel Menu" or "Spin Menu" or something.

Thanks to all. I realize that I shouldn't have asked others to do my searching
for me. I apologize, J-Dogg, Spinethetic, and jrlysinger. Well if any of you
any need help looking for something, just ask and I'll be happy to help. :)
