| Is there a way to configure a plug-in animation so that it continues to play on the new HTML page, instead of reloading and starting from the beginning?

| Are you having the Flash call the new page? If so, you could pass a variable
to the html called "myFrameNumber" or something similar and have the Flash
look for that when it starts. You would have to do it for everything if its
a complicated movie, unless you're just talking about a navigation menu.

| Basically it's a good idea, but I think that (unless using some construction
with javascript and an invisible frame) you would need serverside scripting
to pass a var on to the next page unless ... using Shared Local Object to be
used for storing and retrieving data.
