makin my movie a rollover link? help please

First of all i'll let you know that I am a complete newb to flash and i need
everything spelled out for me.

I did this this tutorial on dissolving text

I want to know how I would go about making this animation into a rollover
link, like when i put my mouse over it, it plays and it be a link too.

Also if you can.. how would I go about making a frame for my text to load in?
would I use load html files into it? I am trying to create my first website in
flash and i have no clue where to begin..:(
