loading utf-8 .txt file problem

i am loading chinese and english .txt files saved with utf-8 encoding in
notepad into flash without problems. howerver, when there is an "&" in the
content, the rest of the text after the "&" will disappear... when i change it
to "and" and everything is ok. problem is when it comes to client's company
names such as Barry & Barry or Joan & David... where the "&" is unavoidable, i
get really stuck... can anyone help?

replace "&" with "%26" in TXT file..
