Trying out 2004 to see if I need to upgrade from MX and can't seem to find
out how to load text dynamically into a scroll PANE component. The help
file is for a scrollbar component which works when published in flash 6 but
not 7.

when following the directions from MM dealing with scroll BARS, and even
downloading their sample, if I publish in flash 7 with action script 2 I get

'loadVars' will not resolve to built-in object 'LoadVars' at runtime.
loadVarsText = new loadVars();

in flash 6 works fine. I'm a couple af days out from my trial
expiration...should have got to this sooner.

new loadVars(); should be new LoadVars(); due to case-sensitivity of Flash
