Those hundreds of small flash adds have to be made with some kind pf
RAD rapid development tool. After some time with flash I still find
the structure of simple tweens, difficult (above all the frames and
layer/guide layer structures. I have seen some of these RAD for flash
text.

Is there a standard RAD tool tool used by one of those banner
developers??.
