I have this page.

It has Flash at the top. But i use it in a poor way, right?

What do people think i should have here instead of the scrolling News thing?

Or if Flash is a certain NO NO, then what should I have here.

Also if you check out the little "balls" in front of the text inmy Flash
movie, they are square at the top. Why is this? I have JPG detail on 100. Also
i know the text under "INFO" jumps at the end.
