I'm making a site completely in Flash. Now, I want a clientarea where only they
can get. That's ok with a mysql-database. but if they get the swf-file can't
they read all the scripts from the file? how to solve this?

Do not put it on the web. There's no way to completely secure your swf file,
as swf is Open Source format, unless you keep it locked in a heavy vault ...
and even then ;-). Only thing you can do is use some codeobfuscator, but
that may or may not break your code. Just try.
