anyone have preloader issues with MX scrollpane?

Does anyone have aproblem with MX's crollpane and preloaders? The
preloaders will not go before the contents of the scrollpane do, I used
three different preloaders all had the same result. If you would like to

The issue is with the actual Press window.

That's just the way it is with preloaders and linked assets; they will load
before anything. Often discussed so you will find solutions searching the
google archives (link below). Basically the workaround is to create a
preloader only movie which will load the actual movie into a higher level.
