Can a flash button access a Dreamweaver behavior?

From a button within a Flash movie placed in Dreamweaver I would like to access the "Open Browser Window" behavior (that creates a sized, popup window). Can I do this or is there an equiv. in Flash?

You can use all the Javascript methods you hav into the HTML page containing
your swf movie.

Smply invoce getURL("java script:metodName()")
