I have created http://www.thebans.com/flash/nick_m/, ignore what you see on the
main window, wait for the pop-up to load and when the popup window loaded you
should wait about 1 , 1:30 min (if you have broad band) because i didn't make
the loading bar yet. Do you have any ideeas for one? the menu is incomplte only
few of the buttons work. tell me what you think. and report any erros if you
see any

nice in parts but i thought that the intro graphix were a little gratuitous.
Dont use effects for effexts sakes! You have this strange juxtaposition of a
tranquil green background set against some quite full-on animations. Go with
the tranquil - uses will take more notice if they are enticed in rather than
dazzled by fast moving, high-contrast animation.

Also the nav buttons' text wasn't clear and the thumbnails behind it
frustrating rather than inviting on account of their blurriness. You have
definately made a good start - I dont want to discourage you at all - you just
need to soften the graphix :)
