I am working on a site right now for my band and we are getting reports that
various people cannot view parts of our site. to be more specific, the movies
that load from the main movie. I have done all I can to make it compatible. any
suggestions

Chances are the people who cannot view your site are using a very old browser, such as Explore 5.0 in OS 9 for example
