Does anyone know were i can get a tutorial to help me make a banner that has a picture fade into another picture.

Within your Flash MX application folder, browse to Tutorials/FlashIntro and double-click stiletto.swf. This tutorial contains a movie clip where 3 different pictures of the same car fade into each other. Hope this helps.
