Hey folks,

I was wondering if someone could point me to an example of how to create a 'sniffer' I guess, where the homepage would detect the flash player and if not installed, display a graphic in place of the flash piece. Thanks.

Bartman,

Google threw up 1 half decent slightly out of date http://www.moock.org/webdesign/flas...lash4noscript/.

I would also recommend having a dig around on http://www.flashkit.com

Hope this helps.

I downloaded one form Macromedia a few years ago. Have a look around their
site to see what they have.
