Hi,
I'm trying to create a form that will be then emailed.
I have text input boxes for name address etc and some check boxes so the user can request different brochures, a submit and reset button but I have no idea how to get it all working properly.
My web server supports PERL but I'm just going round in circles- I can't seem to find a tutorial that covers all of these aspects at one time.

I am really a designer, and not into scripting so I'm having a really hard time with this and must have tried about 10 million tutorials.
Does anyone have any ideas of how I can achieve this in the most simple way possible? I have been trying to do this for about a week aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Hi!
Thanks for your help.
This does really help, but I'm having trouble incorporating the data from the check boxes- but now I have the main structure hopefully its just a case of adapting it a bit.
Cheers!
