Hi I have created a website in Flash, however when the user goes to the url I
want a html page to appear, then if the user has a shockwave player a new
window with the flash site will appear, if not they can download the player,
can this be done? here ia a example of what im trying to do
http://www.stylorouge.com/ if so how can i go about doing this? I have a pre
loader as wqell and dont really know how to put it all together. Really URGENT
hope someoen can help thank you

Hi thanx for that, so by doing this will i be able to create the same working as the stylorouge site? Which html file will I have as the main index file? thanx

Try using the Publish function from within Flash (File>Publish). Check the
Publish Settings first (File>Publish Settings), click on the HTML tab and make
sure to check the Detect Flash Version check box. You'll get three HTML pages
(plus your Flash files): one that is the initial page which does the detection
and then redirects to either a page to download the Flash player or the content
page.
