Flash Site Design - Please Help!

Please Help!

Hello-

I am working on a website, and silly me I like to do everything in Flash, i'm
stuck on this one though. I am designing a website for a client of mine that
offers different items that are customizeable. I need to find a way for users
to select an item, enter their custom specs, and then add it to a "cart," then
take the items and specs from the cart and email the information to my client.
There is no purchasing done through the site. Truthfully, I don't know where
to begin. If someone could give me some guidance I would greatly appreciate
it.

Jessica,

If you are not much familiar with Action Script, you might consider taking
on some help for this one. It shouldn't take a good Action Scripter long to
do this, but your post reads like you will have a learning curve to get up
to speed for this project. My opinion is that one well defined Class will
work for any selectable item/s including collecting the specs for each and
emailing the info to your client upon "checkout."

Thank You! I have ordered a couple of books since I made my posting. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out!
