Flash Site Design - timesaver needed

I have a flash file which uses a lot of frame by frame animation. After finishing the file, I decided the stage needed to be widened and now have a couple of hundred individual elements which all need to be recentered. Do I really have to do this frame by
frame, layer by layer, or is there a way to select them all and move them together? Please help!
