Hi all,
I am searching for the answer of how to scale the brouser winder to my Flash file? Can anyone please help me?
My Flash stage is (550 pixels x 400). I have tried the various sellections (Default, No border, Exact fit) but find it
distorts the Flash file to fit the IE window, in stead sizing the window to the Flash file. When I look at the HTML code,
the width and height say (550 x 400) but it does not fit to the dimensions of my information.
Here is the URL: http://www.mnh.si.edu/africanvoices/
Thank you in advance,
Newton

| Have u tried embedding the flash file in a HTML table......In other words since ur flash file is 550 x 400, why not create a table of the same width and height in DreamWeaver for instance, and save it as an HTML. This the way I do it........
Take care and God Bless....

| There's a function within Dreamweaver that allows
you to scale the browser window, but the function
has to be placed behind a link to the page you want
to scale. Does that make sense?
Highlight a/the link and click '+' in the Behaviours tab.
Select 'Open Browser Window'.
This function creates a new window though. I know
there's a way to scale the window using JavaScript,
and I've seen it discussed in these forums.
Check the Dreamweaver forums too.
