Author Pixel art in Flash MX?

A few sites I've seen recently that use Flash have detailed pixel art, a good example being http://www.digitalphantom.com/ .

Now, I'm not planning to go as in depth with my scripting and design, but I was wondering if there was an easy way to keep the pixels crisp, because every time I've tried my hand at simple pixel grids and the like, they always come out blurry, even throug
h fine tuned placement.

Does anyone here know an easy way to get around this? Thanks to anyone that can help.

Note: I use Flash MX Professional 2004.

The font is a pixel oriented font which displays
properly in browsers.

This was done either by making the text boxes dynamic,
or by clicking 'Use System Fonts' if the text boxes are Static.

The lines' coordinates are set to integer values. Its to do
with anti-aliasing.
