| The splash screen caught my eye.
The site is pretty clean.
It didn't seem to fluid to me though.
I would make the rollOvers and Down on the buttons match the green of the hitState.
I think it shouldn't be able to get so big.
Overall, good job. it will make a good impression on your company, it looks professional.
