Author using buttons to change mouse over sounds

On my website I have a navigation bar up top with some small sounds attached to the mouse over state, please visit here to see what I mean:

http://www.10eastern.com
you can mouse over the words 10 eastern on the top, the pictures of the houses and the text for navigation to trigger sounds

What i'd like to do is create a series of small colored rectangles just to the right of the top bar that someone can click on, which will change the sounds that are triggered when mousing over the navigation buttons / text etc. Sort of like just making a
different plug-in pack of sounds.

BUT - I wouldn't want the whole page to reload. . . is that possible? I'm hoping I won't have to attach all the sounds into one flash file as well, since it would make the size really big.

Any ideas on this? I'd really appreciate any input with this one, thank you!!!

-Rich
