I can?t get it to work

I am new at Flash, however I develop a nice little Flash site.
When I publish my site and upload it in Dreamweaver ,
it takes for ever to load; a friend of mine told me that I have to
call up my images instead of trying to up load the entire site.
I do not know how to pre load the files. Can some one help me?
Also, how do I inform my viewers to download flash player 6 and up
if they doesn?t the latest player?. http://www.sunrisesolution.com/
Finally, how do I indicate that the site is loading on the first page

Hi Denziel,
Your main page is 442k and your final_page.swf is over 14 megs! The only
time you can get away with huge files like that are if you are putting the
files on a CD or doing a presentation or something like that. Websites need
to be much smaller. To get the file sizes down, load jpegs or swfs as you
need them using loadMovie or loadMovieNum. Avoid doing fade-in and fade-out
of jpegs. It looks good but drives the file sizes up.
Your buttons don't have a defined hit zone so you must click on the exact
text lettering. Just draw a filled rectangle in the hitzone frame for the
buttons to fix that. Whatever you put in that frame is invisible, but
defines where you can click the button at.
Of course we can make great looking sites if we throw out all size
restrictions, but the bigger it is, the fewer the number of people that will
look at it!
Good luck,
tf

Agreed, but with more emphasis: "web sites need to be MUCH SMALLER"!
I'd say it like that.
Don't forget (what I call) the three steps of Flash:
1) Make it work.
2) Make it SMALL!
3) Now go back and do it with ActionScript.
You've done step one. Now go on to step two focusing on "optimizing" for
small file sizes.
I optimize in Illustrator (just prior to exporting my parts), then optimize
again within Flash. I recommend you take the time to play with the various
settings within the "optimize" and "trace bitmap" operations to see how they
affect various images in both quality and filesize. Note some of the
settings that give YOU the best results and retain for future reference.
Hope this helps!
