how do u guys create the navigation button ???

It's a simple design.
I'm sure it's nested MovieClips.
It uses two sets of the text, one for the foreground and one as the drop
shadow.
Using pixel fonts makes this possible.
The blue rollover/off clips looks simple as well, right click and zoom in to
see how they made it.
I have a sample of a multi-state, nested movie clip button.
It will show the basic construction of a button using nested movieclips,
etc.
