| I have two frames - Left and Right. How can I lock them so they move together
vertikalt ??

| Bad luck. I know they move horisontalt from frame to frame, but it would be
nice
if I could link or lock them together so they moved together ups and downs.

| Eliminate the frames, then. Everything will move in unison when you do.
Frames are rarely the optimal choice for layout anyhow.
