how do i insert a mouseover balloon comment?

| i am tying to find a way to insert an external comment on a web page that
everyone can see when the mouse runs over the cell or cell content in a table.
what should happen is a balloon pops up with additional comments that the
visitor can see. i have seen it done in other web pages but frontpage 2003
does not make any reference to this component-other than hidden comments that
only fellow web designers can see

| Add a title attribute.

| Were you ever able to create this "mouseover balloon" you were talking about?
I am interested in the same thing using FP 2003, but cannot get it to work. I
have an image map and would like to have mouseover box as the mouse passes
over regions of the state. Please let me know either way, Thanks!
