FrontPage Addins - Charts not available

I created a workbook by opening a WORKS report spreadsheet in EXCEL,.xlr then
saving it as an .xls. This EXcel worksheet functions normally EXCEPT it does
not allow charts. The funtion on the toolbar is dimmed and not responsive.
How do I get the charting function to work on this sheet?

You'll need to try and EXcel newsgroup. This is FrontPage.
