Faded Blue Small fonts Result in Reading Problem

MicroSoft and others, particularly Federal Publications, has generally
shifted to using a faded blue and very small fonts.

It is damned hard to read for people with excellent eye sight and nearly
impossible for those of use with aging eyes.
