Dreamweaver - layer position using PVII snap layers ???

Hi Everyone
I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm using PVII Dreamweaver Extensions Snap Layers to align a layer to a graphic on my page. The problem is when I resize my browser, the layer stays in the original position where it was when the page loaded. How can I get it to move with the graphic as the browser window is resized? I saw something in another post about using "onResize" but I can seem to find that listed in my behaviors window and I'm not experienced enough to figure out how to do it by coding. Thanks in advance for any advice!
