I'm in the process of doing a couple of websites in Flash, but could do with some advice on suitable hosting, and tips on the easiest and most straightforward way of getting the .swf file into dreamweaver and then getting it on the web.

I've been looking through the tutorials, but it all seems very long-winded when i've got everything compressed into one file.

The websites are for small companies, so i don't need loads of mailboxes, but they are from the creative industries, so there will be a fair bit of photography & illustrations etc, what affect would that have on bandwidth etc?

Anyone got any ideas? i haven't got a lot of time
