Dreamweaver - Specific size popup window

I want to create a less than full screen window that has detailed info about particular people. please look at www.cicpresbyterian.com click on staff then click on the first person listed. What do I need to do to make that new window a pop-up that overlaps on the on the top left of the existing page?
