On one particular site, the preview in browser function throws up a 'ftp error - cannot connect to host' message. My other sites are fine. Can anyone please help?

Do you have a testing server defined for this site?

If you hadn't said "my other sites are fine" I would have suggested Edit >
Preferences > Preview in Browser checkbox - I take it this isn't the
problem?

Yes, the server has been defined, I have successfully uploaded a couple of pages. Also the browser is set up for previewing, thanks.

Do you have a TESTING server defined for this site, and do you NEED a
testing server for this site (I'm guessing you do not, and that you have set
the testing server to point to the remote site, which is why it tries to
connect everytime you preview in browser)?

You would only need a testing server if you are developing pages with
dynamic (i.e., server-scripted) content.
